Call to Artists for Windham Arts 5th Annual Crafts Fair November 3 2018 at East Brook Mall

Cost: $40 for Artist and Food Vendors + Optional $15 per table rental

If you are a food vendor you will need to fill out a Temp Food Application here. Forms can be filled out and sent to info@windhamarts.org. Please read our Temporary Food Event Guidelines here.

The event provides vendors with space ONLY. You can rent tables for $15 per table. They will be delivered and set up at the event. You must supply all linens, signage and any chairs you require.

Set up begins on Saturday at 8:30 am. You must be set up by 10:00 am. There should be someone in your booth at all times during the expo. Break down begins at 5:00 pm. You are required to stay throughout the show.

All food vendors are responsible for applying for temporary food permits (if needed) through the Eastern Highlands Health District, 4 S. Eagleville Rd, Storrs, 06268. Phone: 860-429-3325.

We will try our best to accommodate any electrical needs but we cannot guarantee it to for everyone.
