Owners Bill and Kathy Shiers have enjoyed photography since High School. After graduating from Rhode Island School of Photography in 1990, they have been fulfilling the needs of their clients by specializing in portraits, school, commercial and art photography.

The Union Free Public Library is a small, rural Library serving a community of less than 1,000 residents. We offer over 10,000 print volumes as well as access to materials from over 60 CT Libraries participating in the Bibliomation/Evergreen Consortium. We also offer downloadable e-Books for your e-Readers and downloadable audiobooks for your MP3 players through Overdrive.

Located on the Town Green, the Union Historical Society is dedicated to the preservation of Union’s rich history.
It houses and extensive collection of photos and other historical artifacts from both Unions past and present.
