Thursday, February 14th
10 AM - 26th Romantic Willimantic Cupid Crowning - Windham Town Hall 979 Main Street
Each year since 1982, on Valentine's Day, a local civic leader or citizen is crowned as Willimantic's "Cupid" for his or her contributions to the city.

Whispering River Gallery, 956 Main Street. The most recent gallery to open in the downtown area. This cooperative gallery features a group exhibit of local artists. Pieces on display and for sale range from oil painting, photography, sculpture, and wood turnings. 4 - 6 PM
- Capitol Theater Gallery, 896 Main Street.
The gallery at the Capitol Theater hosts "The Picture Show", a group exhibits photographic work by UCONN Fine Arts Undergraduates. 6 - 8 PM
- WindhamARTS Collaborative: Main Gallery, 866 Main Street.
Opening reception for "Alaska: Culture and Art." This exhibit features the work of Gina Prewitt and will include Alaskan headdresses and detailed beadwork. 5 - 7 PM
- Kerri Quirk Studio: 824 Main Street, 2nd Floor.
Artists Kerri Quirk and Tom Menard exhibit their folk artistry. 4 - 6 PM
- Swift Waters Artisans' Cooperative, 750 Main Street. A charming artists cooperative featuring handcrafted products and artwork from over 80 artists. 4 - 6 PM
- Sarah Winters Clothworks, 31 Church Street. Watch textile artists Sarah WInter and Mark Svetz perform their creative magic on hemp-based cloth. Items for sale. 4-7PM
- ArtSpace Windham, 480 Main Street.
"50/50." This exhibit contains 50 digital images made by 50 artists from Eastern and Western Connecticut. All the artists began with the same initial image. 6 - 8 PM
- The Lily Pad, 34 North St.
"Lily Pad All-Stars." Group show featuring work by Lily Pad art supply store employees. 5 - 7 PM
Friday, February 15th
6 - 9 PM Chocolate Lover’s Affair and Romantic Broadway. - Capitol Theater 896 Main Street
On Friday, February 15 the Capitol Theater will host the second annual A Chocolate Lover’s Affair and Romantic Broadway. The Affair runs from 6:00 until 8:00 PM where guests will be treated to a grand buffet of cheeses, handmade and imported chocolates, fudges, Venetians, Baumkichens, hand dipped fresh and dried fruits, cheesecakes and more. An Italian Barista will serve gourmet specialty coffee, espresso, and cappuccino.
Live music will feature performances by Flamenco and Classical guitarists David Bodlak and James Dina. A silent auction will include specialty made cakes donated by local cake judges, chocolates, original artwork, and other delectable treats.
Following the Affair, at 8:00 PM guests will enjoy Romantic Broadway in the main stage theater. This spectacular event will feature a live musical revue with selections from some of Broadway’s most memorable and lovable shows.
Tickets are $15.00 per person or $25.00 per couple, and can be purchased by calling the WindhamARTS Collaborative at 860-450-1794 or by visiting the Capitol Theater box office the night of the event.
Mastercard and Visa accepted.

Model T Rides -Courtesy of the Four Seasons Model T Club! Catch a ride from one end of downtown to the next on board one of several > Ford Model T’s that will be shuttling guests around town. RIdes originate at the Corner of Main St. and High St. and Jillson Square.
Window Decorating Contest Voting - Get your voting form by entering a raffle at the Victorian Neighborhood Association at 869 Main St. Participating businesses are marked with a blue star balloon. Visit these businesses and then vote on the Most Creative, Original, and Romantic Window Design. When you vote at the *Victorian Neighborhood Association, you are entered into a drawing for a Blue Chopper bicycle, courtesy of Scott's Cyclery!
Chocolate Cake Contest- View the entries at Windham ARTS Collaborative, 866 Main St. Bid on cakes that are available for bid through the Silent Auction. Watch the judges go through the process of rating the cakes! Prizes for this contest will be awarded at 3pm in the ANNEX (upper level of the ARTS Collaborative). Matt Hardisty is the Cake Contest Coordinator.
"Write Your Heart Out" at the Collaborative, too. Pick a paper heart and write a sentiment of your wishes to be displayed.
Also, enjoy CARICATURES by Bill Dougal from 1pm - 4pm
Fundraiser for ACT at WindhamARTS Collaborative.

11:30 AM - 3:30 PM - Ice Sculpting Demonstrations: Windham Theater Guild/Savings Institute Courtyard, 779 Main St.
11 AM and 1:30 PM - Windham Players Presents: "How Sweet It Is" - A Musical Review, First Congregational Church, 199 Valley Street. Both performances are identical.
12 and 2 PM - Mexican Hot Chocolate Demonstration: Don Taco, 864 Main Street
1-3PM- Create a Chocolate Surprise- For children of all ages: Mill Museum, 411 Main St.
4:30 - 7 PM - Roast Pork Supper with all the trimmings, First Congregational Church, 199 Valley Street. Assorted chocolate desserts and more! Handicap accessible.

7-10:30PM- Open Mic Night- Swift Waters Artisan's Cooperative, 750 Main St.
$5 donation at the door to benefit the co-op with complimentary munchies. Musicians sign up at the door to play. Poets from Windham High School will be reading selections of their original poetry. Store will be open for more shopping.
Sunday, February 17th
3 PM: Willimantic Orchestra's Romantic Willimantic Concert - Shafer Hall, 83 Windham Street at ECSU. Concert is free but donations are gratefully accepted.
Selections will include> J. Strauss’, Kiss Waltzes; Ravel, Piano Concerto in G; Hanson, Symphony #2 "Romantic"; Rossini, La Gazza Ladra.
