Stage Left Ensemble (of Connecticut) presents Jane Martin's

Vital Signs on Friday, March 2 and Saturday, March 3 in the Windham Art Center's Annex (866 Main Street in Willimantic) at 8 p.m. Denise Abercrombie, Diana Bishop, and Marykay Kelleher provide glimpses into the minds and hearts of over thirty complex women in this funny, unnerving, perceptive and offbeat tour-de-force for mature audiences. The show is "...both comic and dark, with an edge of absurdity..."

Stage Left Ensemble is dedicated to performing existing and original works that illuminate social concerns. The ensemble's founding members began acting together in 2001 in solo performance workshops taught by playwright and director, Michael Bradford. The trio bonded and decided to create their own theatre troupe devoted to plays that make a difference. Vital Signs was selected because it explores powerful stories from a range of compelling characters.

Admission is $10, seniors and students $8.  For ticket information, contact WindhamARTS at 450-1794 or email .
