Caricaturist

Cartoon-style portraits as souvenir/entertainment for parties & events (business or personal). Also used as  unique gifts, or illustrations.

Art Teacher

Bill Dougal holds a BFA from the Hartford Art School, and CT State Teachers Certification. He teaches rendering at ACT. Cartooning workshops are his specialty other teaching venues include; MCTC, TLC, QVCTC, ALC, and NFA.
