Visual Rhythms / Ritmos Visuales
is the first exhibition to explore the historical role merengue
has played
as a fundamental cultural axis, a form of communication and a symbol
in the
visual arts of the Dominican Republic.
Yuyanapaq: To Remember
This traveling exhibition of 40 photographs
is a witness, in words and images, of the extreme political violence
that consumed the Peruvian nation between 1980 and 2000.
Rhythms in Design draws on the
Benton's collection to highlight music in the visual arts
as both imagery and an influence on design.

Youth Chorus rehearsals begin!
Windham Theatre Guild at the Burton Leavitt Theatre
Know anyone between the ages of six and fourteen who
like to sing? WTG is looking!
Rehearsals : Sundays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Under the direction
of John Hinckley
Featuring large choral numbers and some movement, similar to the
small shows presented in the last year. Plenty of opportunities
for the solos and duets that have become the norm on the WTG stage.
It promises to be a spring filled with music, fun and excitement.
