As a Local Arts Agency, the WindhamARTS Collaborative operates in downtown Willimantic, Connecticut with support from our members and community.  We encourage you to explore our site's galleries, performance and community activities, then come participate with us as we nurture the creative side of the Windham region... and YOU!
